Today, I failed to wake up at 8.30. Instead, I wake up at 9.00. However, I really feel fresher than before.
I hope that I can still wake up early in the morning even after this treatment end. One progress that I feel is that sometimes I can wake up without my alarm clock. I hope that I will be used to wake up early with consistent rhythm.

Day 11 and 12
Yesterday I can still wake up at 8.30. Nothing much happen.
Today I wake up at 8.15 to play some basketball game with my friends. In the afternoon, I am too tired and I deide to take a nap which eventually last 3 hours. I hope that I can still sleep early at night in order to wake up early in the morning tomorrow.

Day 9 and 10
Yesterday nothing much happen. I still wake up at 8.30 and because I was quite busy, I feel really tired at night. Seems like I don't have a light energy.
Today I wake up earlier than 8.30 since I have a seminar to attend. In fact, I wake up at 7.20 in the morning. I hope this won't affect my sleep rhythm as I wake up at different time than what I used to.
Up to this day, it seems that my treatment is successful and I hope that I can maintain it for longer time.

Day 7 and 8
Yesterday, nothing special happen. I still wake up at 8.30 even though I feel like sleeping more, haha.. However, at night, I sleep earlier because I really tired.
Today, I feel really fresh when I wake up at 8.30. I feel great and I hope I can keep this up.

Day 5 and 6
Yesterday, I did wake up at 8.30. However, I feel really tired and I overslept for 2 hours. I feel really disappointed on myself. After anaylze the possible cause, I realize that I didn't sleep enough. I sleep too late at night and my body just can't stand it.
Today, I get up at 8.30. I had enough sleep now and I feel fresher in the morning. However, I realized that I feel sleepy earlier at night now. Before midnight, I usually feel tired and sleepy. Perhaps, my body has adjusted enough and demand me to sleep earlier in order to wake up early in the morning.
I hope I can keep my rhythm and change my behavior to wake up early in the morning.

Day 3 and 4
Yesterday, I wake up at 8pm because I promised to play football with my friend. This is indeed earlier than what I usually wake up at. But, somehow, I manged to get up.
Today is the same. I wake up at 8.10 to go to church at Bukit Batok. I seldom have difficulty wake up at Sunday morning due to my commitmen on this.
Anyway, I'll try to wake up early again tomorrow and I feel that I became sleepy earlier at night. I think that's the effect from waking up eraly in the morning. I hope I can finally modify my behavior to wake up early.

Day 2
Everything feels the same as yesterday. My body still quite exhausted in the morning. However, in the evening, I feel that my body feel a bit fresher. I hope that I can faster adjust my body. Day 2 has ended and I can still fulfil my commitment. That means I can get my reinforcer now, haha..
I hope that I can still be enthusiastic to wake up eraly even though my body feels too tired to wake up.
